Due to Abhinav’s dedication and passion, the company has grown 4.2 times in revenue and team strenght has increased from 90 to 200 employees since he has been appointed as the Managing Director of the company.

Previously he has worked with California Diabetes Prevention Program in California, U.S.A..

Ajay Bhatt As the CEO of Medsource ozone Biomedicals, a leading medical device company in India, I have successfully transformed the organization from a debt-ridden and struggling entity to a profitable and growing enterprise. With over 14 years of experience in this role, I have laid system-based operations, corrected all processes and improved cash flow to fuel the momentum of growth.

Alok A. Kumar leads the ESG & Sustainability function at Fortis Healthcare - one of the leading integrated healthcare providers of India.

Alok is a seasoned sustainability leader, having completed his PGDM from IIM Bangalore and undergraduate degree in B.Arch from IIT Kharagpur. At Fortis Healthcare, Alok is heading the ESG initiatives, and is captaining the ESG champions’ team - a cross-functional squad of passionate sustainability professionals nominated by the facility directors at each of the Fortis hospital units as ESG SPOCs. Together the team is leading focused on-ground initiatives targeting improvements in energy intensity, water intensity, and responsible bio-medical waste management at Fortis hospitals.

Prior to working with Fortis Healthcare, Alok was leading the managing director’s cell at Jindal Stainless Limited - where he was instrumental in bringing the ESG initiatives of Jindal Stainless to fruition. At JSL, Alok championed the customers’ voice in the ESG supply-chain landscape. Alok was awarded the ‘Best Trainer’ award and the ‘Super Squad’ award for his distinguished performance at JSL.

Alok has been a Tata Administrative Services officer (batch of 2013), and has served various teams in Tata Communications, Tata Housing, Tata chemicals, and Tata sons, leading a wide spectrum of responsibilities. Alok was awarded the ‘Blue Ribbon’ award, the ‘Whatever it takes’ award and the ‘Xtra Mile’ award for his praiseworthy performance at Tata Communications Limited.

Notably, in the aftermath of the 2013 Uttarakhand flooding disaster, Alok was a part of a specialized reconstruction and rehabilitation team of Tata Sons, operating on ground, based out of Dehradun and Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand.

Alok closely follows the evolving ESG and BRSR landscape in India, and has published many articles on the nuances of climate disclosures and climate financing. Alok identifies himself as a problem-solver and ardently promotes green technology adoption.

Captain Baban Rai served in the Army Medical Corps for 34 years, from November 1975 to December 2009, holding various technical and administrative roles. He also served as an active Paratrooper from 1984 to 1990. Following his retirement from the Army Hospital RR Delhi in December 2009, he assumed the position of Head of Department for Central Sterile Service s Department (CSSD) at the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre in March 2010. In addition to his routine CSSD responsibilities, he oversaw the procurement and billing of implants for patients.

Further More, Captain Rai currently serves as the President of the Indian Sterilization Healthcare Association (ISHA), a non-governmental organization dedicated to educating healthcare professionals about Sterile Services. ISHA conducts conferences, workshops, and lectures nationwide aimed at training and updating sterile service professionals. The organization actively advocates for the interests of central sterile professionals and presents constructive suggestions to government agencies. ISHA aspires to elevate Indian sterile services to international standards and remains committed to realizing this vision through continuous efforts.

He has worked in multicultural teams in multinationals as well as localized teams in national companies which enabled him to translate requirements into long-lasting compliances.

He is credited with first WHO-PQ of Malaria Rapid Test Product in India. He has given consultancy services to over 2 dozen companies in a short time for designing GMP facilities, QMS (ISO 13485, Schedule V, MDR-745 and IVDR-746, MDSAP and 510(k). He has trained medical device stake holders from CDSCO, industry and several Govt institutions.

He is a member on MedTech Mitra (ICMR) and BIRAC (DBT).

Dr. Anwar is keen on using data-driven decision-making in healthcare and process optimization to improve overall healthcare outcomes. He spearheaded the digitalization of the End Stage Renal Disease program in SEHA and the digitalization of the Complete Acute Kidney Injury Management pipeline at SSMC and helped set up the Paired Kidney Exchange program in UAE. This work has been recognized and awarded by HIMSS, the Arab Hospitals Federation, and the Patient Safety Conference. He also was awarded the best nephrologist in the UAE by Health Magazine in 2023.

He is collaborating with colleagues from Khalifa University and Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence to develop an AI Platform, “RenAIssance” to help improve Acute Kidney Injury outcomes. Their team won the grand prize in a hackathon organized by Ericsson & UAE Ministry of Economy and their team was a semifinalist in the 3C-AI4H Bowl-Institute for Augmented Intelligence in Medicine (I.AIM), at Northwestern University, USA. In addition, he has received a Research grant from the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi .

Dr. Sunil K. Khetarpal is an expert in healthcare management with more than 35 years of rich experience in a wide range of fields, including Hospital Administration, Clinical and Non-clinical operations, Strategy and policy development, NABH and Quality accreditation, Education and Training, Digital Health, Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medico-legal issues, Advocacy with the government, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders, Project Handling* and Consulting and Mentoring roles.
