Prof. Shibu John currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Management at Jamia Hamdard. He previously held the role of Dean at the same institution. Additionally, he was deputed to Jamia Millia Islamia for two years, where he contributed significantly to the development of healthcare and pharmaceutical management programs.

Dr. John completed his undergraduate studies at MDS University, Ajmer, and earned his postgraduate degree in Hospital and Health Management from the Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), Jaipur. He obtained his PhD in Health Financing from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, and further enhanced his expertise by completing a certificate program in Health Economic Evaluation from the University of Oxford, UK.

At Jamia Hamdard, Prof. John played a key role in launching the MBA programs in Health and Hospital Management as well as Pharmaceutical Management. Dr. Sheenu Jhawar is the Promoter Director of Apex Hospitals, a leading chain of eight super-specialty hospitals across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. She is the former President of TiE Rajasthan and serves as an elected member of the TiE Global Board of Trustees. He is currently working as Regional Director at KIMS hospitals, Maharashtra overlooking into their hospitals Nashik and Greater Mumbai. Dr. Sarvesh Agarwal graduated MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Jaipur in 2012 and then after a year of practicing medicine, decided to pursue the route of healthcare entrepreneurship. He worked for 2 years in Swasthya Kalyan Group as strategy consultant, where he led a cross-divisional and cross-functional team to implement various educational programs, doubling the student intake. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta has worked in several national and international medical device companies for 25 years.

He has rich domain experience from Medical Device & IVD (all classes) industry which covers product life cycle from customer requirement to post market surveillance. He designed, implemented, and monitored ISO 13485 & Regulatory Requirements based Integrated QMS. He has worked in multicultural teams in multinationals as well as localized teams in national companies which enabled him to translate requirements into long-lasting compliances.

He is credited with first WHO-PQ of Malaria Rapid Test Product in India. He has given consultancy services to over 2 dozen companies in a short time for designing GMP facilities, QMS (ISO 13485, Schedule V, MDR-745 and IVDR-746, MDSAP and 510(k). He has trained medical device stake holders from CDSCO, industry and several Govt institutions.

He is a member on MedTech Mitra (ICMR) and BIRAC (DBT).

Dr. Anwar is keen on using data-driven decision-making in healthcare and process optimization to improve overall healthcare outcomes. He spearheaded the digitalization of the End Stage Renal Disease program in SEHA and the digitalization of the Complete Acute Kidney Injury Management pipeline at SSMC and helped set up the Paired Kidney Exchange program in UAE. This work has been recognized and awarded by HIMSS, the Arab Hospitals Federation, and the Patient Safety Conference. He also was awarded the best nephrologist in the UAE by Health Magazine in 2023.

He is collaborating with colleagues from Khalifa University and Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence to develop an AI Platform, “RenAIssance” to help improve Acute Kidney Injury outcomes. Their team won the grand prize in a hackathon organized by Ericsson & UAE Ministry of Economy and their team was a semifinalist in the 3C-AI4H Bowl-Institute for Augmented Intelligence in Medicine (I.AIM), at Northwestern University, USA. In addition, he has received a Research grant from the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi .

Dr. Sunil K. Khetarpal is an expert in healthcare management with more than 35 years of rich experience in a wide range of fields, including Hospital Administration, Clinical and Non-clinical operations, Strategy and policy development, NABH and Quality accreditation, Education and Training, Digital Health, Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medico-legal issues, Advocacy with the government, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders, Project Handling* and Consulting and Mentoring roles.
